Who doesn’t love a good chocolate chip cookie? However, when I bake them, I never know what I am going to get. Sometimes when I try the regular chocolate chip cookie recipe they all turn out to be flat as a pancake. Not with this recipe! This is my go-to recipe when I want no-fail, delicious chocolate chip cookies.
I make these when I am bringing a snack to the firehouse or on veg days when I am craving something sweet. I’ve used this recipe for many years and although I try other recipes, I keep going back to this one. And the guys at the firehouse agree! See the video below! :)
This recipe is very easy. I've included a printable pdf link below. The only thing that might be out of the ordinary would be the rolled oats. To prepare them, I place the oatmeal in a food processor (or in my case the Ninja) and blend until it becomes a fine flour consistency. That’s it! The most challenging part of the recipe!
